thinking of where the "get it done" people fit in group planning of events with the "open for whatever" people. What roles are perfect for each DISC value in large-scale planning in particular, but smaller-scale brainstorming to norming as well.

Offline scenarios

Perhaps some offline scenarios related to planning and/or disseminating information that include offline reflection. Similar to the DISC videos maybe, but more scenarios that are pertinent to our work. It would be interesting to see how the different DISC styles react/relate in different planning and implementing situations.

Opening spaces for folks in the different categories to give more context to what we've learned so far. Example: Event planning with "C"s in the WTCS. This could be a great place for folks to have the floor to talk about what works well for them and what is challenging. Knowing this kind of information about our colleagues would help us humanize the DISC and better understand how to work well with our colleagues.
