Why the following acts are ruining the way innocent and guilty citizens are living their lives. Not only that but it is destroying the way we citizens are living our everyday lives.

I. Boston Port Act

Discouraged the landing, shipping,and discharging of all imported and exported goods. This to all innocent citizens is absolutely just makes living our lives that much more miserable. Finally, this can end up in a very sticky situation if we cannot get food or goods; what will we do?

II. Massachusetts Government Acts

Much of Massachusetts is now being appointed by the governor of the province, again limiting the people. Not only that but Town Meetings were banned, that way citizens could not come up with schemes. Therefore, making it difficult to do tasks without being asked millions of questions.

III. Administration of Justice Acts

Royal Officials now get the chance to go to another colony to get a better trail, in return it would also be more truthful. However local citizens did not get this same trail, which is an awful treatment!

IV. Quartering Act

Forced British citizens to allow soldiers to live in their home with them. This is absolutely rubbish, making strangers live in our homes this is not how it works, they have money, they can buy their own homes.

V. Quebec Act

This act was directed for Canada, Moving the province of Quebec further down. (Although they did move their territory further down to the Ohio River Valley but that did not affect me at least.)

Boston Port Act

To us the Intolerable Acts is a offensive ordeal , forcing the local colonist to obey laws we do not stand with. Many can agree that the Quartering Acts is absolutely invading our privacy to another level.

What shall we do?

Should we the colonist rebel against Parliament and the new laws forced upon us. It is now up to us to make a change that will benefit society and show that we too have power.
