Dear Mr. Juliano:

We appreciate your interest in the TD Visa Credit card. After reviewing the bank policy Document 5 subsection 10, we are not able to process your request for a credit card at this time. The policy states that issuing a credit card to persons under 18 years of age is against Bank policy.

However TD bank can extend an invitation for you to provide a co signer such as a parent or gaurdian to apply on your behalf. In addition we would require a Youth applicant to fill out a submental form detailing Employment and relevant income for both Gaurantor and Applicant.

Option two would be to reapply in 10 months once applicant is 18 years of age.
