Tell us a little bit about yourself. Share with us your seminar expectations and research interests. Have you developed and studied any psychometric scales before? What are they if you have? Are there any scales that you are interested in developing and validating? What are the statistical programs and/or programming language(s) that you mostly use?

I had previously done some factor analysis, but have had no formal training on psychometric methods beyond my work with Fai. I usually use Stata, but know some R. I am not familiar with M Plus.
