-Charisma is very influential. It's a rare trait, but when a charismatic leader comes, it invites trust and confidence in the people who listen to or follow the leader! Those with charisma have the opportunity to influence those around them, which is a very rare and fruitful.
Bad:
-Since charisma is such a rare quality in a leader, it can and is hard to follow up. -Nothing beats the influence actions have. Words lose to action every time, and determination is one of the best ways to prove a leaders valor. Leaders who are determined work hard, don't quit, and are disciplined enough to complete whatever they have set their mind to.
Bad:
-One of the few negatives of determination is the sunk cost fallacy. A leader or a follower might get too caught up in the idea of "winning" and not know when to quit. Sometimes it's better to quit one campaign and pursue another more fruitful venture.
