For instance, set up a branded goodie bag with exciting visual leaflets and case studies, and freebees. Pass it onto the builders and request they hand it over to their clients- with this, can offer a small reward for doing so. The goodie bag can have a voucher or a ‘free consultation’ voucher etc. More likely to get across to the home owners in a goodie bag than by word of mouth.

Incentive to promote more. For instance, for every 5 clients they recommend, there is a reward, such as a cash prize or vouchers. The more the incentive, the more chance they are to promote you. Could also offer a end of year ‘thank you dinner’. Invite local builders to this event and help to network your company as well as praise them. Therefore this may encourage them to promote you further the following year.

Can offer anything, but as an example, a certain % off of the product/ design. Post on social media such as:

“Maybe it’s time for an upgrade. Stunning homes that are designed with you, for you.
Do not miss this once in a life time offer… % off your own personalised home. Thats a saving of….
How do you enter? LIKE, SHARE and tag someone who shares your vision!”

Networking this sort of post sets of a chain reaction. The better the prize, the more likely the content is to get shared and tagged in. Can also promote this using facebook and instagram ads.

This sort of company would be great on Instagram/ Facebook as the product is essentially promoting visuals. LinkedIn may also be where the target market are hanging out. Target people using adverts and tailor adverts for target market- make a customer avatar and write down all the traits, hobbies etc your dream client would have. e.g. people in a certain location, job type (i.e. high earning jobs), people who read certain newspaper etc. Then target using adverts these people. No point in wasting adverts on people who are not typical of your cliental.
