After she survives and is put into a second hunger games she starts rebelling against the rules and society that president snow creates. Even after he dies the conflict goes on, going from character vs character to character vs society where she fights against the beliefs that the society has to extinguish the mindsets the president created. There is also character vs self during the rebellion where Katniss is faced with hard decisions that can help the rebellion in different ways. This is shown when she has to shoot President Snow, she also recognises that Coin is a bad person for the new society but the people around her expect her to shoot Snow.
