I didn't miss one group session which meant I was always present to help and contribute to my team. This also meant I was very aware of any announcements made and could inform my team of any changes to the project. I also tried to attend as many workshops as possible and relayed any information learned in these to my groups.

Time Management:

I was good at planning when to complete both individual and team assignments. One way I managed this was through utilising a Gantt chart which I made with my team. I also noted down all assignments in my weekly planner.

Guiding my team as team leader:

I was a strong, knowledgeable leader who always attempted to find and answer for any questions my team had. I also wasn't afraid of seeking help, either in the form of advice from academics or peers, on behalf of my team.

Understanding what the healthy aging remit of the project involved:

At first, I was quite confused how to approach the project. We first had to establish an understanding of what healthy aging actually was. We struggled to think of ideas and also didn't fully understand what we should focus on at first so this took time to work through.

Balancing the workload of this module and my other modules:

Coming to university is a whole new experience and trying to manage various workloads which involve different tasks from what I was used to was hard.

Dealing with the implications of NHS Privatisation within our project:

Mid way through semester 2 we had to understand how this would impact our stakeholders, the project and any recommendations which we were looking to make and change our ideas quickly in order to account for this.
