This is my presentation about obesity .

Sumary:

● firstly  I would like to talk about obesity in the UK. 
● secondly I will explain how obesity increases risk of illness. 
● After that I will tell you how much money is spent on obesity. 
● Finally  I would like to give tips how to reduce obesity.          
3. Now ,I'm moving to my 1st point about obesity in the UK.
In the 2017 survey it found that 28% of the population are obese. In Birmingham over 25% people are obese.The third highest rate in the UK. 67% of men and 57% of women in the UK are obese.Acording to the study found 25% of boys and 30% of girls were overweight or obese aged 2 and 19 years old. Obesity is measured by BMI.Its measured  by taking your weight in kilograms and dividing it by your height in metres squared.A reading of over 30 means are obese.A reading at over 40 is several obesity .

4. Now let's look at how obesity increases the risk of illness.  
In 2011 2.6 million people are effected by type two diabetes. At the present over four million people living with type two diabetes in the UK. 
There are around 7.4 million people living with heart disease in the UK. 3.9 million man and 3.5 million are effected by heart disease 
16 million people are effected by high blood pressure in the UK. 30% of man and 28%of women in the UK have high blood pressure. 
70% of people are dying from obesity furthermore obesity increases some form of cancer. 
A reports say obesity can effecte a person's ability to work in addition their underlying mental health. 

5. Let's look at now, how much money do the NHS spend on obesity. 
In 2011 the NHS spent four billion pound a year this figure increases in 2017 6.3 billion pound on obesity related illnesses or diseases and surgery.

6. Let's look at a solution :
choose whole grain food
eat more fruit and vegetables 
eat small portions 
do phsical activities
eat less food that contains fat and sugar
drink lots of water
go on a healthy diet 
eat food with high amounts of vitamins 
eat foods with low calories
