Grooming styles dictated by religion and ethnicity aren’t restricted.</li><li>All clothes must be work-appropriate. Clothes that are typical in workouts and outdoor activities aren’t allowed.</li><li>All clothes must project professionalism. Clothes that are too revealing(i.e. for ladies dresses or skirts shorter than knee; for both genders sleeveless shirts or tops)or inappropriate aren’t allowed.</li><li>All clothes must be clean and in good shape. These policy applies to all the staff member and stakeholder in Sydney CBD area.<br><br><strong>Code of behaviour</strong><br><br>The code of behaviour in Awesome Grads &amp; Co is given below.</div><ul><li>the open and transparent management of personal information including having a privacy policy</li><li>an individual having the option of transacting anonymously or using a pseudonym where practicable</li><li>the collection of solicited personal information and receipt of unsolicited personal information including giving notice about collection</li><li>how personal information can be used and disclosed (including overseas)</li><li>maintaining the quality of personal information</li><li>keeping personal information secure</li><li>right for individuals to access and correct their personal information</li></ul><div><br>Roles:<br><br>The roles of the privacy policy is given below.</div><ul><li>Physical privacy – such as bag searching, or use of our DNA;</li><li>Information privacy – the way in which our personal information such as our age, address, sexual preference and other details are handled; or as</li><li>Freedom from excessive surveillance – our right to go about our daily lives without being watched or having our actions recorded.          <description><![CDATA[<div>This policy applies to all the staff members of AWEsome Grads &amp; Co.<br>&nbsp;</div><ul><li>All staff are required to use AWEpay ESS (Employee Self Service) to manage all forms of leave</li><li>Leave may be entered onto the AWEPay system whilst staff are on leave. However, if this is not viable then the leave must be entered onto the system the day the staff member returns from leave</li><li>Personal Leave lodged onto AWEpay as certificated leave must be supported by an approved certificate</li><li>Staff members who are returning from sick leave are required to provide a copy of a medical certificate.&nbsp;</li><li>Staff must immediately inform manager about any illness which could hamper your presence at work.</li></ul><div>First, any employee needs to talk to the manager before applying for any kind of leave</div>]]></description>

To resolve conflict in the organisation, this policy is aim to resolve complaints fairly, with an emphasis on resolving conflicts<br> at the local level and improving working relations.<br><br> <strong>Scope</strong>: Awesome Grads &amp; Co, overseas branch is located in Singapore, and this policy will cover all the employees, employer and stakeholders.<br><br><strong>&nbsp;Code of Behaviour: </strong><br>The code of behaviour of this company are <br>1. Understand and accept cultures from different background through trainings and staff induction<br><br>2. Try to have the best way of communication at all time to prevent conflict<br><br>3. If the conflict arise, it should be stopped at the first place, it has to be solved straightway.<br><br>4. It has to be recorded when the conflict arise again. It needs to be guided by supervisor, or HR.<br><br>5. The case which results in worse scenario and management unable to resolve the conflict, unable to resolve the conflict, then it need to call the attention of FairWork ombudsman<br><br><br>&nbsp;<strong>Roles:</strong> Department managers and HR should take the responsiblity to minimise the conflict and we should keep records and evaluate the policy</div>]]></description>
