The song I led was Old MacDonald
The children were clapping along
Two children were not listening and running, around
Next time, I would have the two children sit beside me and hold something in their hands.

~when the children were happy and energetic when we did the `dances `

~when one of the children were not engaging

~I would nicely ask the child to come next to me and ask if we can pretend to ma a qamutik

~ the children were following along with their hands

~ few children were new to daycare so we sang the song 2 times

~ Next time I would sing the song faster and faster just to have good laughs with the children

Kullu, kullu, namiipii?

Children were following along with their fingers, but they didn’t sing along.

The song we usually sing is a bit different than this one I singed for them.

They didn’t really know the song, maybe next time repeat the song to the kids And practice.

The song I led was Qamutiiniik.

I knew they were engaged because I saw them watch me sing and dance and copied along, happy to sing.

The challenges I experienced was some of the kids did not sing along with us and wondered off.

What I would have done differently is engage with the child to sing along with us.

The infants were sitting beside me the whole time, they enjoyed the song that I’m introducing to them
Maybe next time I will use the juggling balls to a different song.
