After when I got home, I can barely talk. I also felt very proud, because I got quite a few students buy the raffle, and it literally filled up half of the box already. And I also think it was a very fun experience because making all the kids buy raffle tickets was really easy. We just go like, "Want to buy some raffle??" and then, "No! That's not enough! Other kids got so many! You should get more! Or else you might not win!" It was quite hilarious. But mostly, I felt very good because I got to help all the ones in need at St. Anne's home. I learned that even though you spent so much on one raffle and you didn't win it, it's fine. All of the money goes to charity. It was kind of fun when the KA students came in, and they were like "I want that!" And they just give you their whole bag of money since they have no idea how to count their money. Once, a little kid wanted to buy a 120 NT toy, but she only had 10, so she bought something else. It's also confusing when the swarm of 3rd graders came and thy each gave a few hundred NT, and it was really confusing considering the fact that they kind of look-alike, and you don't really remember which kid bought how much. One kid didn't have time to finish it, so we had to finish it for him. It was also kind of tiring, because you have to yell:"A nintendo Wii with 2 extra games for a raffle! Nearly brand new!! " really fast to catch their attension, and then you say it slowly. This attracts alot of costumers, but it can make your voice really hoarse. It was also really really exciting when the swarm of 3rd graders came in, because we hardly have any costumers. She was really impatient, so she impolitely asked me again for the raffle tickets, and when I told her again that our shift was done so she would have to ask another person, she harrumphed loudly and practically shouted at me for her money back. After that, I gave her back 30 NT, and she stomped away to the robot dog raffle.
