one profession that works in my setting alongside the children with SEND is a physiotherapist there role is to take the needs of the children and watch how they move its there job to help the child to play easily during outside play.
one other  profession that is displayed within my setting is a speech therapist. one factor would be if they have special needs so for example a child with autism is likely to fall behind in their development where a child with no special needs would develop at different rate. another factor would be if the child still is unable to talk they should be talking by they are at the age of 5 this would cause them to fall behind in both learning and brain development.this would cause the child unable to take part in certain activities other children can.

going into the setting for a first time moving to another one, starting school or moving into a new class are seen by many people as a normal part of a child's transitions are huge milestones for children and have bee shown to have effect on their development. they are exciting times as they are changing and being given a new opportunities but they can also be times of uncertainty as their surroundings will have changes and they're in an unfamiliar environment, it an cause them to become frighted and withdrawn as they are somewhat unfamiliar.


explain the key persons role in relationship to transition?

a key person is named  practitioner who has responsibilities for a small group of children. they are there to help the child feel safe and secure. a child's key person should be able to support the children in all transitions whether it is from key person to key person, room to room, settings to settings, or settings to school  


describe the significance of attachments?
