Learning focus and goals:

The curriculum that the school gives me is what I will be teaching, with some extra if time allows us. There will be hands-on games and activities to help the students learn the curriculum.

Teaching style & Lesson planning:

I will have a daily routine because kids need a routine to strive. For example, in the morning we will go over our day and expectations. I will have classroom jobs for the students to have some responsibility. I will have lesson plans made out weeks in advance so I have time to tweak them before using them.

Student assessments and evaluations:

I will walk around during an activity to see if students are getting the hang of it. For those who are struggling, I may work with them one-on-one during some downtime to help them. After we are done with a certain topic, I will meet with students one-on-one for a quick check on whether they understood what I was teaching and then help those who may still be struggling.

Motivation & Management/Discipline:

I will have a clap or bell to signal the children to get their attention. When being rowdy, they may have to lose certain privileges depending on the behavior. If we are doing a fun activity and they are asked multiple times to calm down or stop disruptive behavior, then they stop the fun activity they are doing and we will move on to the next topic.
