         <title>Behaviour is good at this school.  We know this as we have regular updates from the Head of School and Executive HT of the Trust through reports to the LGC.  We verify what we are told through our link governor visits.  Visitors to the school comment on how well children behave.  Behaviour is also about learning attitudes - we have seen that children are engaged and on task when we visit the school.</title>

         <title>The broad and balanced curriculum is delivered by embedding the Mastery style of teaching across all year groups. While Covid restrictions were in place, link governors challenged and shaped the implementation of the curriculum through virtual meetings with subject leads, dipping into remote learning and recordings made, school visits, SWOT data analysis and monitoring school performance against KPIs. As Covid restrictions have eased, link governors can also carry out learning walks, join staff meetings and teacher training, review books and working wall displays in classrooms, gather pupil feedback and support parent events to share the Mastery pedagogical principles across the parent community. Link governors discuss progress at LGC meetings.</title>

         <title>The leaders share the People Strategy, as well as the staff satisfaction survey results, with governors and discuss further actions (e.g. targeting career development and work-life balance) at LGC meetings. Link governors can enquire about staff and children wellbeing during school visits. Governors receive staff and children&#39;s wellbeing updates from SLT at LGC meetings, as well as review &amp; approve changes to relevant school policies. Governors looking into how to support the leaders in our school so they can look after themselves and look after everyone.</title>
