Spreading happiness is an "art". You can find many people around you who can demoralize you or can make you unhappy, but there are only handful of people who can actually spread happiness and positivism.

The first thing that you all should keep in mind that,first you yourself need to be happier then only you can make others happy. Happiness can't come out from a pessimistic person. It always comes out from a healthy body and healthy mind.

It is said that- "The best way to multiply happiness is to share it."

When we share moments of joy and positivism we unknowingly indulge in this art of happiness. When we share our joyful moments with others it ultimately enhances our happiness. We always celebrate our joy and happiness with others whether it is big or small. Celebrating with others multiplies our happiness; it is the medium to spread happiness among others.

"Happiness doesn't result from what we get, but from what we give."

The art of giving means to truly give from the heart without any expectation of return. Joy of giving is one of the best means to spread happiness. Giving others and sharing makes someone's life better through which we bring smile on someone face which leads to happiness.

"Sometime your joy is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile can be source of your joy."

A smile is one of the beautiful gift of almighty given to us sharing a smile is one of the best way to spread happiness to others. Smile is a natural expression of happiness which directly comes from heart. You may present someone a smile. Involve more and more people with you, make a laughter club.

Be jolly, create humor from small things, maintain a happy and light weighted and enthusiastic environment around you. The above tricks will help you to spread happiness in your surroundings and will never let you and your loved ones in stress.
