With that being said I think the older sibling has more challenges as he or she is now being forced to be the parent in the family versus the younger child may have no knowledge of an adult outside of their older sibling. We should have some measures in place for people to become citizens, but the horrible stories that these babies have lived through are sad and definitely impact their performance, feelings, and interest in school.
