This is a very recent article about the Malaysia Flight 370 and it is talking about how they will no longer be looking for the airplane. This can relate to the red flag Appeal to Authority, the government has stated that they are calling off the search for the plane after 3 years of searching. The government is in power and all the people who were helping to search for this plane have to obey what they have been told. There are most definitely still people out there that are going to continue the search however it will not be nearly as big as the search has been over the past few years. This can also relate to the reason for belief Emotional Connection, the majority of people continuing the search will be loved ones and family members of the people on that plane. They will continue to search for their loved ones because they simply want answers and that emotional connection is strong.

I found this video to be very interesting as it shows how much your judgement is skewed when hypoxia occurs. Hypoxia is caused when there is low oxygen levels and it directly effects your brain and how you function, similar to being intoxicated. One of the theories that I read about was that the pilot and co-pilot experienced hypoxia which skewed their judgement. They make rash decisions that they thought made sense but in reality they did not at all. This video and theory relates to the reason for belief Simplicity, when it comes to airplanes hypoxia is a very commonly known occurrence. Not that it happens all of the time but it is a simple explanation as to the rash decisions that were made on that flight.

This article and video attached describe briefly what happened from start to finish with the Malaysia Flight 370. It goes over what they know from the night of the incident to everything they have found to where we are with the search today. One reason for belief with this article is Unexplained, although this article goes through everything that is 'known' there is still so much information that is unknown. Even with the information that is known there is still not enough to figure out where the plane is. Which leads me to one of the red flags, Conformation Bias. Conformation Bias is that we remember events that coincide with our belief's but don't want to notice things that don't. There is reason to believe that the plane is somewhere to be found and there is reason to believe that it is not however people who believe on way may not necessarily see the other side and vice versa.

This article consists of six different theories people have about what could have happened to the Malaysia airplane. This article also has video's within it that help to describe some of the theories. This article relates to the reason for belief Perception/Observation, there is not much concrete evidence as to what happened to the plane but there are puzzle pieces here and there. Everyone can take those puzzle pieces and put them together however they perceive or observe them. This also relates to the red flag Red Herring, a lot of these theories start with one piece of concrete evidence and move on to expand and distract. These are all theories and there is no proof that any of them are what actually happened.

The following video provides 10 theories about what happened to flight MH370. While the author of this video does a good job at presenting these theories he fails to provide enough (or any) evidence to prove them. This is a good example of red herring. The author provides a theory and an explanation, however instead of providing proof or evidence he instead leads right into the next theory hoping to distract you from the previous one.

This video discusses details about a piece of wreckage recently found believed to be from MH370. Many of the previously found wreckage has been confirmed from the serial numbers stamped during production however this part has been severely burned making any complete confirmation of this part very unlikely. This is an example of simplicity as there is no proof that this belongs to the missing flight. However because it was found coast line believed to be where these pieces of wreckage are found it is immediately suspected of being from MH370.

These two images were taken by a satellite just days after MH370 disappeared. These images were believed to be two possible section of the plane based on their relative size. This an example of patternicity as these turned out to not be parts of MH370. These turned out to just be blurring images of larges waves in the ocean at the time.

This image marks the presumed flight path based on radar data. The solid red line is data taken from the Malaysian radar, while the blue lines are taken from military radar from other countries. The issue with the military radar is that the actual aircraft is unknown. The radar just shows a point and is unable to provide any other vital information like aircraft type or flight number. The other issue with the radar data provided by these other countries is that they would not allow a third party to confirm their information in fear that it would expose their military secrets.

This image shows the intended travel route from flight MH370 and how little of the route went over open waters in comparison to dry land. This is mostly hard evidence so it is hard to relate some of the course to this by finding red flags or reasons for belief. Its certainly a slight bit of confirmation bias as it only displays very few facts, all of which to do with the flights path. Also I found it interesting that they decided to mention that 2 infants were on board the plane. This could relate to confirmation bias or confusion of correlation with causation possibly.

Some errors in the evidence presented is that the photos says the plane took off at 12:41 am when it was 12:42 and it says it lost contact with air traffic control at 2:40 am when really it was a ground-to-aircraft telephone call, through the aircraft's satellite link, going unanswered at 2:39.
