Maybe this problem can be solved with the use of a lock down browser to prohibit the use of spell check capabilities!

Grammarly and spell check can be great tools if used to reinforce spelling and grammar rules, rather then as a substitute for that knowledge.

It is important to research how to makke sure we use technology in a way that can best bennifit the students.

People are less inclined to spell correctly or worry about that kind of stuff when they are texting people that they are close to. If you use technology in the English classroom, I would use it more as a supplementary tool.
