In May when I graduated from 8th grade I had a graduation party for my cousins and I. My friends were there too and we all hung out with each other and it was a very cool experience because we got to do cool things to enjoy ourselves and the food there was so delicious, all my friends loved the food. This was very memorable for me because I finished middle school and took my journey to high school. This was a very big step because I was going to be a high school student. This was going to be hard and many difficult challenges, but I tell myself everyday to be ready for anything to overcome those obstacles. This party is a big moment for me from 2024 because it reflects on how I changed from being in middle school to going to high school.

Back in August, when I went to the Getty Center it was very cool because my cousin from Canada came to the United States and we were able to go to other places as well. I haven’t seen my cousin since I was very young. Also, I was able to see my aunt because she used to take care of me when I was younger. This moment from 2024 means a lot to me because I have not seen my aunt and cousin for a long time. The Getty Center was very interesting because I saw so many interesting artifacts, nice views, and amazing sculptures. These things I saw touched my soul because they were very interesting to know about. This moment was very special to me in 2024.

In October, I went to Sequoia National Park. This place was very inspiring and fun to admire the big trees. This moment was very nice because we went there for my mom’s birthday. She enjoyed this because it was fun, around her family, and had a good birthday. This place was very interesting because we got to be around nature for a couple of hours. This place was very inspirational and I recommend visiting this place because it can be nice for pictures and seeing nice and big trees. This place was a good moment of 2024 because everything about this place was thrilling. I really liked this place and it was one of my favorite moments during 2024.

In November, during thanksgiving break I went to Las Vegas with my uncle, aunt, and cousin. We went to many places in Vegas like the Sphere, Circus Circus hotel, the Fly-Over, M&M Store, and Coca-Cola store. This place felt different since I was older and I used to go all the time when I was younger, but this time that I went it was more enjoyable because I got to experience different things and see many thrilling things at Vegas. Las Vegas was a fun time because my cousin was there and we were able to have fun and mess around there too. This moment of 2024 was my favorite of this year because Vegas had many things to do and we got to do all the things we wanted and saw all the famous places too.

To end off my year, I went to DisneyLand with my 3 other friends Alan, Jose, and Noe. My friend Alan took us since his mom works there and can get us tickets any time. We had so much fun and we rode some very thrilling rides like Guardians of the Galaxy, Incredicoaster 3 times, and etc. This was a fun time since I went with my friends and we got to ride the rides we wanted to ride. We enjoyed the food and took some pictures there too. We had so much fun and I was glad my friend Alan was able to take me. This moment of 2024 was my 2nd favorite because I went to an amusement park and enjoyed everything there.
