Hiroshi had to learn as he went, he had no education or experience in management of a company, as he was studying law before he took over the company. When he took over the company he learned how to manage better over time, as he  did with many of his other skills such as his intuition of knowing what people would want in the future. While he was president o the company there were a lot of expansion into different branches such as into taxi service and hotels to name a few, and while most of these expansion were a bust and almost led him to have the company become bankrupt he found success in developing toys and games, it is here where Hiroshi really started to expand and become the huge company that we now know today.
