High School Sweethearts

This is Tami and Jim at senior prom. They had always known each other from school and went on their first date when she was a sophomore in high school and he was a freshman. For their first date they went to a pool part at the Mason Bowl Swim Club and have been together ever since.

Growing up with a Talented Mother

Growing up her mom was always cooking, cleaning, ironing, and doing the laundry. However, all that aside she was a very talented seamstress that taught Tami everything she knows. In this image we see Tami wearing an outfit for a play that her mom sewed completely by herself with fabric and thing around the house, and all without a premade pattern to follow.

With age comes WISDOM

The best part of aging for Tami has been the wisdom she has gained. She's learned the importance of not concerning herself with things that don't matter and not to sweat the small stuff.

From loving Mother to Grandmother

Tami raised two children who then gave her three grandchildren: Grace, Savannah, and Walker. Now that she's retired, she devotes all her free time to them and tries to be a role model and constant presence in their life.

Bene Lane

Her first memories were made at her house on Bene Ln in a two-bedroom home with her mom, dad, and 4 siblings. She spent her time playing outside and in the basement with her siblings, and when she was six they got an in-ground pool that she played in too.

Lifelong Nurse

Tami worked at Christ hospital starting as a nurse's aide, and then as a nurse once she had graduated. Most of her career she worked in Labor and Delivery, but also worked in several other departments like, endoscopy, pain management, and on a medical surgical floor.

Worship

Tami is a life-long Christian/ believer of God who volunteers at her church New Life Chapel and aspires to get her loved ones and others saved in order to make it into Heaven one day.
