To be in the process of perishing or suffering severely from hunger. To suffer from extreme poverty and need.

Boobs: Are a woman's breasts. They secrete milk after pregnancy, and tend to be very sexually attractive to men. Men find women's boobs attractive for biological and evolutionary reasons, they signal to men that the woman attached to them is nutritionally healthy, youthful, and able to have a baby.

God: The one Supreme Being, the creator and ruler of the universe. The Supreme Being considered with reference to a particular attribute. A supreme being according to some particular conception.

It is an ad for seduction, and the woman is saying that her breasts are for her partner and not for her baby, so she feeds him with a bottle. It takes us back to the traditional view of gender roles which was that men were in control. That ad imply that breasts exist for male entertainment only; not their reason for biological existence, which is to provide food and nourishment to babies. 

second one (political speech): 
In this ad it can be interpreted how politicians are arrogant and pretentious, to the point of feeling like a God. it looks like power can corrupt people.

third one (starving kid):
this is the way of advertising poverty and creating awareness is by adding a picture of a sad child that is experiencing poverty and to dramatize things, they add a caption. In this ad Unicef used a young child that is crying to make people donate and help more.
