I believe that there are many possible solutions to avoid body dissatisfaction and plastic surgeries problems. First, youngsters between the ages of 14 and 19 must have self-confidence and trust in themselves, so schools should assist in the development of a sense of self-assurance among adolescent students. For example, schools should create confidence tutorials for them because every young person or teenager desires to achieve perfection and to seem flawless, and it is the job of the school to focus on guiding these young people. Second, nowadays we can see that teenagers obsessed with social media, which it has a negative impact on their mental health because most famous people on social media have had plastic surgery, which causes them to become frustrated with themselves and their bodies when they follow celebrities online. Furthermore, people must understand that they should workout because they want to and love themselves, not to have the same body as a professional model. Finally, people should be aware of the dangers of plastic surgery because most surgeries carry a risk of failure. In addition, doctors should only perform plastic surgery when absolutely essential not only for the sake of perfection. in conclusion, nobody can deny that body dissatisfaction and plastic surgeries a real-life issue which people face in Kuwait.

Plastic surgery has many negative effects that affect the majority of society. And most of those who suffer from this problem are women who are looking for extra perfection and who are not convinced of their beauty. The impact of this problem produces many negative effects on people. Firstly, it makes people not trust themselves. For example, some people have a lack of confidence in their external appearance, which leads to them not leaving the house and being introverted. Secondly, it will affect the corruption of the minds of the new generation and make them think about performing such operations, thus distorting the innocence and beauty of their faces. For example, many teenagers are affected by people around them and perform these operations, making their faces older than their age and erasing their natural beauty. Thirdly, if you are obsessed with plastic surgery, it may lead to deep disfigurements and the possibility of failure of the operation. For example, there are many people whose plastic surgeries have failed and they went for other operations to treat this problem and often didn’tsucceed. This problem affects society negatively, which will make people pay attention to the external appearance and they don't care about the beauty of the soul. It also makes people's thinking superficial. For instance, they will approve of you according to your external appearance, and this problem will destroy a person's life. Finally, it is possible because of these processes make people less healthy physically as well as psychologically.

Kuwaitis are dealing with one of the most significant problems today is plastic surgery addiction. Firstly, plastic surgery addiction is when people visits a plastic surgeon repeatedly to constantly change their appearance. Women are most susceptible to this problem. Almost everyone wants to have the perfect body and face shape, but nobody thinks that this can create a big issue after and may have adverse effects. Furthermore, there is a Kuwaiti makeup artist named Hanan Alnajadah who has had a terrible experience with this. She wanted to create a lip filler in 2003, but the results were negative, so she has been struggling ever since. Many people on social media bullied her because of her lips. Although she received many negative comments at the start, she felt sad and low in confidence. However, after that, she stopped listening to them and she became confident about her lips. In addition, she cannot remove it because it would be dangerous and difficult, as well as cause side effect like Bell's palsy. In conclusion, I want to say that if you need plastic surgery, go for it, but if it isn’t necessary, I'd rather not have it.

I believe that the possible solution to make progress in Kuwait and help teenagers who are obsessed with plastic surgeries or suffering from body dissatisfaction, schools should make tutorials how to build self-confidence, and how to avoid these two problems. First, schools should hire specialist speakers know a lot about body dissatisfaction and plastic surgeries problems. For example, give them advice about self confidence and how to accept yourself, also people should have awareness how some of plastic surgeries carry a risk of failure. Second, some students suffer from body dissatisfaction and trying to reach an ideal body, but there is a solution for this that they can do at school. For instance, school can make a health club or adhere to physical classes daily, and they can follow up with a nutritionist, and work on a healthy schedule that helps them take care of themselves. Finally, putting a basic subject in schools that explains how to preserve human health from external factors and the surrounding circumstances of the person, if it can enhance the student’s self-confidence and explain the side effects and risks of cosmetic operations on mental and physical health. In conclusion, There are several ways to confront this problem by raising awareness of its risks to protect the society from the psychological and physical harm resulting from it.
