Alinhar com a gestão a avaliação da aluna de forma especial afim de valorizar os pontos positivos da aluna (avaliar mais de forma oral, quando possível, e prestar auxilio em atividades/provas escritas), pois nem toda gestão escolar é colaborativa e barra muito o trabalho do professor.
