What do you think about personalized filters? Good or bad?

I believe they are great they Taylor information to your needs, while you don't get the same information, it truly makes makes the internet a pleasing experience, with how much information is process in the internet, it would be like fishing with out a net. We have learn to appreciate the beauty of the internet and how it offers everything for anyone with just a little bit of effort.

I think that personalized filters are good in a way and bad. It is good that we are most likely to find a link that we are interested in, but there are side effects to it. We do not get to see some information that might be important, but the personalized filter could have deemed it as something that we would not be interested in. So I think the personalized filter should be controlled so that not too many results are removed.

After watching the video I can get to the conclusion a good and bad. First of all, probably people will get and accurate answer for what they are looking which satisfy their preferences. Second, they filter out information that may not be useful for the user.

I believe that the personalized filters are actually both good and bad. They are good because they provide a unique experience for every user that wants to access the web. However, this has some negative side effects, because it puts you in a "bubble" protecting you from the stuff you might want to see and this can be crucial to the credibility of a certain website or information that you may want to access.

i think its good because they take out the informations that arent useful. it can also be bad because sometimes it may not show websites you want to access.

I think personalized filters limits our search, therefore we are not able to get all the information we need to get the knowledge we are looking for from what we are finding.

I think that personalized filters are good because they filter out information that might not be useful. It is not useful to look for information of Mars and see a meme. But what I think is that the filter should not be as strict as it is now. Not all kinds of information are useful but not because you don't agree with it means that it isn't useful.

I disagree with google personalized filters because as a company they want you to see what they want to reach a proper algorithmic function. You are making a research to find a variety of INFO where most of the time we clic on the first website but there are people that need to collect more information.

They are good because they can help you look for the things we look for, and be useful. It gives you the info right away with what you want to see and eliminate the ones that have nothing to do with it.

I think that personalized filters are both good and bad. They are good because they filter the information we usually look for, which is interesting and important for us. They are bdad because if the filter only the things we are used to search, we would not be able to learn or see things that are surrounding us. Having filters are going to stop us from learning outside information.

In my opinion, personalized filters help you find whatever you are looking for quicker. You can do specific searches and be more efficient when you are researching and looking for information.

I believe that personal filters should not be used. I think that in the world we live in, every single person should be aware of what is going on, and know the reality of their surroundings.

We as citizens need to become more aware, and by knowing, we could maybe create a little bit more of a positive effect in the world
