Personally, I thought all dogs could be converted to perfect, obedient angels like Shaun. That was just wishful thinking. Anyway, I thought I'd share my method of choosing a dog. At first it was a struggle. Jenny wanted him to be named Chelsea, but I wouldn't have it. Chelsea is a total chick name. Our dog is a boy. Case closed. Not only had she suggested that mortifying name for a male dog, she turned down my idea of Hunter because it was "too masculine." While we were arguing about what to name our new dog, Jenny used her signature move for dealing with arguments by turning on some music to drown me out.
