She was born with polio, a condition that has affected the functionality of her legs. Despite this, she has always maintained an enthusiastic spirit, refusing to let her condition define her.

From a young age, Pacencia was aware of her differences but she never let it deter her spirit. She may have felt discomfort watching her friends do things she couldn't, but she was equally determined to prove that she could create a world where negativity and differences couldn't thrive. Her bright personality and kind heart have been her guiding lights.
She currently serves as the president of the Tubigagmanok PWD Association in her barangay and as vice president in their municipality. Pacencia radiates light, hope, and love, particularly towards those who share similar circumstances. She is committed to ensuring that people who face challenging paths due to their disabilities can conquer the world on their own terms.
