1. The divides here are based on the location. Urban thinks its major, suburban thinks its a minor problem, and rural thinks its a problem altogether

2. The main issue is people are getting addicted and dying of overdoses. "Nationally, more than 63,600 people died of a drug overdose in 2016."

3. It may not be seen as a problem but it is because it's addictive. Addiction causes the victim to want more and more, which eventually leads to an overdose, which causes articles 

 

There is a large divide between the liberal belief that the government should provide health care for all and the conservative thought that everyone should take care of themselves. Regardless of which political party you identify with, a common misconception is that the majority of people without health insurance are unemployed. However, a lack of healthcare has a large impact on minorities as they are unable to afford it, regardless if they are employed or not. In fact, statistics show that around two-thirds of Latinos who report being uninsured are actually employed (63%). 

A majority of the public (55%) says that national economic conditions are excellent or good. This is little changed since January but remains one of the most positive assessments of national economic conditions in nearly two decades.

1. The Legislative Actions currently taking place are 
writing up a composition bill to introduce to the House.

I am neutral towards these legislative actions--the bill is an attempt to block the G-7 Summit from being held at one of Trump's resorts and I honestly do not care where it is held--it is what is addressed that is more important. I think the Legislature would take action on state level because it involves private property.

2) The rule was struck down on purely technical grounds. However, some groups celebrated such as Planned Parenthood. Some argue that if this rule passed, it could harm women, LGBTQ members and other minorities. In the past, there have been several laws passed to accommodate " the rights and needs of individuals with conflicting interests".  However, in certain situations — such as regarding women’s reproductive rights (abortion and birth control) and euthanasia (assisted suicide) — it may be difficult to seek a balanced approach.
