Remake of Week 6: Online Class. Writing. Let’s share some memories from our childhood. There are three topics under discussion. Choose ONE. 1)	Essay. Animals kept in captivity: zoos, circuses, for example. Speak about advantages and disadvantages of keeping animals in the zoos and circuses. 2)	Creative writing. Write a parable with the two characters, a butterfly and a moth, who argue over who is superior. Keep in mind that there should be a lesson at the end of the parable. 3)	Descriptive writing. Imagine you are watching a bird’s nest full of eggs. Describe what you see, smell, touch, different colours, etc., what is happening in the nest and continue with the further development of the plot. Does this picture have any symbolic meaning for you? by Lilia Michailovna Ovdienko

Here are the THREE steps how to do this:
1.	Answer ONE question. Your response should come in the form of an essay between 150-200 words.

2.	Comment on your classmates’ postings. Choose two essays you are going to comment on. Tell your peers what you think of their opinions, whether you agree/disagree with their position. Your comments should be between 50-70 words.

3.	Peer editing. Edit your classmate’s essay and give feedback. Everyone in the online class should review 1 other peer’s essay for this week in order to see the feedback on their own. Kindly check the rubrics for peer editing assignment. During Thursday’s class you will be given time to give feedback on the paper you reviewed.
