1. How can we measure personal fulfillment from a job or career choice?

You can measure personal fulfillment from a job then you need to ask yourself if you really like where you work or what you are doing. If you're answer is yes then you will continue to have a positive attitude and work at your full capacity. If not that you will dwell on going to work and not work as hard as you can.

To maintain balance in your life for occupational wellness means that you will be able to have a balance between work and free time.

Yes there is a connection because in order to have wellness you need to have certain amount of tenure (permanent post in your job), but also a certain amount of free time.

4. Is there a connection between earnings and high levels occupational wellness?

Yes because if you have high earning from working hard, you will have more money do things you want on your free time. In order to create the high levels of occupational wellness you will need to work hard in order to have earnings, but not spend all your time at work, defeating the purpose of getting earnings to spend on your free time. There has to be a balance.
