I got more knowledge that there are  different types of PLAY for the young children.

I want to have have good ideas and add in more creativity in my lessons to make PLAY pleasurable and fun for the kids.

When a child does not speak up for themselves or need to apologize, for now, I try to model for them "You might not know how to say it for now, so Mr.Lam will say for you.." Sorry. xyz, or Please don't do that I did not like it. - You need to say this for yourself next time. 

Observer- I have been observing how my children work of understand and respond to their environment.  In some ways also acting a provocateur and reflective by observing, I also think and experiment key words that I find students have responded well to in order to communicate or achieve a common goal. 

I want to improve in being more co-constructor, researcher, and co-learner. 
co-construct - I want to learn what it is like first by observing Doris. 

Reasearcher- I more ongoing through University studies and certain developmental books.
