I can identify movements in the 3 planes of movement - (DOK 1)

Prior to taking Sports Medicine I took Honors Anatomy. With that, our first Unit was also understanding Basic Anatomy and I remembered Directional planes being the first thing we learned in that class. So when we started these notes it was basically a refresher from last year and it only took me one day to relearn and remember

I can understand how Skeletal muscles are named - (DOK 2)

When understanding muscles at a molecular level this was somewhat hard to understand because there were so many components. But nonetheless a lot of it was just memorization and once again this was just a review from Honors Anatomy so I looked back at my old notes as a reference. I will say this was my least favorite part because learning all the levels could get somewhat confusing

Like the previous one, memorizing was a little hard because there were more components. Specifically in the synovial joints since there were 6 types and you had to associate them with a specific part with your body. Luckily we only had to memorize 5 which made it easier.

We would partner up with another student and perform these procedures one on one with each other until we perfected it.
