https://www.cbsnews.com/news/does-technology-make-people-happier/ Technology does make most people happy. It's just that if you are on your electronic device (phone, computer, iPad, etc. ) 24/7, then you have a problem. Studies show that the person should spend at least one hour a day off their electronics. This could be very difficult for people that have an addiction to be on/and or near their phone. Phones these days are taking over. They can lead to difficulty sleeping, eating, and learning. Phones are made to be addicting, but they do still do their jobs by keeping the children distracted.

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/ulterior-motives/201407/why-other-people-are-the-key-our-happiness Could people actually be the key to happiness? Well, yeah. Happiness can come from whatever makes you happy. But, people do make most people happy. Whenever the barista at a coffee shop says "Have a nice day!", do you ever feel happier, maybe in the slightest bit? Well, maybe you actually do. Whenever you make interactions with someone (friends, family, loved one, etc.) it makes you happier. Happier people may actually live longer. People effect our everyday life just by being there. Without talking to people, severe depression may occur. Being alone all the time doesn't sound happy. This is why people talk to their friends. People just want to be needed by other people so then they can be there for them.

https://www.happymelly.com/can-hobbies-make-you-happier/
Hobbies are what makes you YOU! Hobbies are things that you like to do. Hobbies make everyone happy. Sure, hobbies can be stressful, but once you learn more about it, you'll like it even more. As the article says "Hobbies help you distinguish between work and rest.", I have to say that I highly agree with this statement. Hobbies are things you do on your free time. Work is what you do from maybe 9am-5pm. You work life can sometimes take over your free time and take away all of your hobbies. It's very important to separate the two. All of your hobbies are up to you and only you can choose the perfect one.
