 How voting works

When you vote, you get to have a say in who these leaders are. You can also choose state and national leaders, who make laws that improve the lives of people living in their state. Congress and the President of India  are chosen by voters, and they make laws for citizens of the country. 
You can vote from a box called Glass Ballot Box

When our teacher decided to use democracy to select the class roles we all agreed it was fair. Likewise I think that elections are the root of a government. If not for democracy then one single person would be responsible for everything and one single person would always take the blame. But thanks to elections no one single body is in power but if something goes wrong everybody would share the blame as they elected him/her in the first place. If there were no elections-

1. People would not have do not have the right of opinion.
2. Some random person will have to choose the government and everyone will argue that they should be that person.
3. Since it will be like everyone wants to choose the person there will be no government so until that we will have so many problems.

And suppose there is a government voted somehow he might not do his/her job well, because the government was chosen randomly.

If the teacher chooses the person she thinks is best there will definitely be some disagreements. So we decided to do voting to decide the class roles. So we all got our say on who should be what. In the end the people with the most votes were given the roles and there was an agreement between everyone. Even deciding the roles of ministers are decided the same way so the whole country can come to an agreement. so when we vote it would not go sideways due to the process which is self-nominate to what you want to be and vote at each role and vote "Who is going to do it the best" according to you.
