needs a break

I do like phenom but right now i´m running out of ideas to be creative. I think that we should take a break have have time to explore what we are really interested in instead of just coming up with random topics. But once i do find a topic i like it is very interesting just right now tho i,m kinda running dry with new ideas. So in between each phenom i would like a period to just research and expand my topic/thinking so i,m not just thrown into the next one without any idea what to do.

I like phenomenon because phenomenon is great way to show a different way of learning. I like how you pick you want to present what you have been learning. I just prefer they way it is assembled. I also like that it a presentation that you pick to be alone if you prefer or in a group.

Phenomenon is so fun and creative, I like the fact that YOU get to pick what YOU want to learn, and it really benefits you. I learn so much about my topic, From policing to Photography, I know somuch about my topics, that I never would have learned in math, or science class. My groups sometimes aren't great, but I have yet to do one my my self, and I think it will be better. One thing that I don't like is trying to find the specific subjects for your topics, sometimes maybe your topic doesn't relate much to math, but you still have to have math,sometimes it makes you not pick the topic that you want to pick, but other than that it's great :)

I think phenomenon is a good idea because we get to choose what we want to learn about. Since we get to choose what we want to learn about it makes learning a lot more fun! Sometimes worksheets get boring but with phenomenon you get to explore different topics and choose how you want to learn about that topic.

I really like it because there's a whole bunch of options for what you can do. The freedom allows you to look into things you're interested in and stuff that you enjoy learning about. However, I do often have a hard time staying on topic and staying focused. It's also a bit tricky choosing a topic sometimes. But, overall, I really like the freedom and options that come with it. Go phenomenon!

No its not my favorite because I like having a rubric and a success criteria and PBL dose not do that. Its more of you getting to choose the success criteria and choose what you should do. When it would be more helpful if you knew what the teacher expects of you.

I like the idea of phenomenon because we get to learn about different things and are able to use all the different subjects . I think it is a good way to learn and incorporate the different subjects. I like that we get to explore different topics and learn about more things while using subjects instead of doing a big project on one topic. I like that when we learn about these topics we can see where subjects are in the world. I also like that we get to present the project in different and creative ways.

I like phenomenon, I enjoy learning new topics and exploring on the internet. I enjoy working with other people, sometimes I find it stressful at times because I lose track of where I am, once I get back on track I am able to make the project different from the last.

I enjoy phenom. Lots it's a really good idea but sometimes it gets a little hard to come up with ideas to do. You run out of creativity for your visual cause you don't want to always do the same thing over and over and you o don't want to copy other people

I love phenomenon because i get to research and show people cool things most of them didn't know before. I also get to do cool visuals and show people how i got there. phenomenons cool because it counts as all marks and helps you raise your marks.

I think phenomenon is a great opportunity because it gives us a chance to do something we've never done before. it's a challenge and people can show off their way of presenting something. I personally like the challenge, but coming up with ideas is kinda hard and through the challenge I learned so much more then i thought I could ever learn.

I have enjoy every phenomenon “learning cycle” we have done so far in this school year. I like how we get given a borderline topic which gives us a sense of freedom. I feel that it shows us that the teachers trust us enough to give us the creative freedom to create what we are capable of creating and to present something that we are truly proud of. I like the time period so that it’s not too short, and we get nothing done, but it’s also not too long, so we won’t waste all of our time because web have so much of it. Some people might want more success criteria but I personally don’t think thats very necessary in this case. I think that we should be knowing what is expected of us by now; I don’t think we need our teacher constantly be reminding us. I like how Phenomenon doesn’t tell us exactly what to do.

I like phenomenon but sometimes it is really hard to pick a topic but once you settle in it is really fun. so that is why i don't like optional that much

In my point of view is pretty ok because I think it’s kinda like any other project like Heratige Fair and other ‘big projects’
. It’s not that I really despise it, I just don’t really ‘enjoy’ everything it has to offer. For example, the research that you have to include is fun and cool, although I kind of get bored of it. Another reason is that is the success criteria is too broad for me. I like when there is a success criteria. The also include every single topic I thought was pretty hard at first, but it’s gotten easier throughout the phenomenon cycles. Other than this, phenomenon is a great experience

I don´t have much to say about phenom. Its just fine. It hasn´t made me ecstatic and I don´t hate it. I´m kind of ambivalent.

Phenomenon is good because I like to build and create things and make visuals. I like how we are now doing the one period before lunch and one after because sometimes it's hard for me to stay on track for a whole block.

At first, I thought the idea of Phenomenon was completely stupid, but now I love it. I didn't like it at first because I didn't really enjoy my topic. The second cycle, I did it on my own and I worked hard, I found it really interesting and I don't regret doing these projects by myself. I've found that having a topic in mind before we start helps me to make better groups and have a more successful cycle.
