Hello my name is Rodrigo but most people call me by my last name, which is Amaral. 8 slices of 2-day old bread, 2 cm thick

600 ml Agros semi-skimmed milk

2 strips of lemon peel

1 cinnamon stick

3 tablespoons of sugar

3 beaten eggs

200g sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a saucepan, bring 300ml of Agros semi-skimmed milk, the lemon peel, cinnamon stick and 50g of sugar to the boil. Heat for 10 minutes over a low heat, stirring occasionally.

Then remove the cinnamon stick and lemon peel. Turn off the heat and add the remaining cold Agros semi-skimmed milk and leave to cool to room temperature.

Drizzle the slices of bread with the milk and turn them over, leave to stand for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan.

Dip the bread slices in the beaten egg and then fry them in the hot oil. Turn the toast halfway through frying.

Once the toast has been fried, remove it to a plate lined with kitchen paper.

Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and coat the still warm toast in this mixture.

4 egg whites, 4 egg yolks, 1 cup of warm water, 2 teacups of sugar, 2 cups of wheat flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Firstly you break the 4 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Place the 4 egg whites in the mixer and beat until stiff. Reserve. Then, place the 4 egg yolks and 1 cup of warm water in the mixer. Beat until foamy.

Then, add 2 cups of sugar and beat until mixed. After that, add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder and mix gently with a whisk.

Add the egg whites and mix softly. Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured pan. Next step, you beat the mold to remove excess air bubbles.

Lastly, you put your pan with the dough in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

First you start to mix well the eggs then you add the condense milk and mix again.

For the syrup you let the sugar melt in the pan till it gets goldish brown, add water and let it get thick.

Put in a round cake pan and put the syrup After that you put the pudding dough.

Put in the oven in a medium temperature for 45 minutes put the pan where is the pudding on bowl whit water then to check if is good to take out stick a fork if its ready take it out and let it cool for a bit.

Ingredients:

• Aletria pasta 100g

• half-fat milk 4dl

• sugar 150g

• lemon peel 1 unit

• cinnamon stick 1 unit

• butter 50g

• egg yolks 3 unit

• cinnamon powder 1 and half spoon

Preparation:

Step 1: In a saucepan, cook the aletria in water for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Drain and add the milk, sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon stick.

Step 3: Let it cook on medium heat until the licom is soft.

Step 4: Remove from the heat, mix the butter and the beaten yolks.

Step 5: Bring to the heat again, stirring constantly, until are slightly cooked.

Step 6: Place the snay on a platter.

Baker's yeast - 30 g

Candied fruit mix - 175 g

Dried fruit mix - 250

Orange zest - 1 q.b.

Lemon zest - 1 q.b.

Margarine - 150 g

Shall - 1 c. for dessert

Egg M - 4 pcs.

wine - 1 dl

Powder sugar - 50 g

How to make

Step 1

Chop the candied fruits and dried fruits, being careful to leave some aside to decorate the cake. Mix everything and leave to macerate with Port wine.

Step 2

Dissolve the baker's yeast in 1 dl of warm water, add a cup of flour, mix well, cover with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Beat the margarine with the sugar, lemon and orange zest, add the eggs, beating one by one, and the yeast.

Step 4

When everything is well combined, add the rest of the flour and salt, kneading until the mixture is elastic and soft. Add the fruits and knead again.

Step 5

Shape the dough into a ball, sprinkle it with flour and cover it with a cloth, leaving it to rise for 3 hours or until it doubles in volume.

Step 6

Place the dough on a tray and make a hole in the middle.

Step 7

Add a toast of your choice (well wrapped in parchment paper) and a broad bean to the dough, leaving it to rise for another 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Step 8

Brush the cake with beaten egg yolk and decorate the entire surface with the remaining candied fruits and dried fruits.

Step 9

Sprinkle the powdered sugar in 4 mounds over the cake and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
