I learned totday that the Lithuanian men are far better craftsmen than Sjoerd and Sjoerd is ofcourse a lot more talented than me. Well done Rolandas!

And I learned that the end of the world is not only a beautifull place but also a place that has been shunned in the past for it’s dreadfull historical significance for the creol population.

Today I learned the new skill of weaving a hat. Last year I had the chance to make a basket. I remember that day as a very fun and relaxed day. This year it felt the same. Jordan is a very good teacher with a lot of patience and it made me feel very comfortable and happy this morning. I sat next to Sjoerd and we reminded eachother sometimes to really be in the moment and enjoy it. Also, I learned some new words in French as you can hear in the video. I’m proud of all of us for being patient, relaxed and enjoying the morning while learning a new skill.

Today, I learned how to be in harmony with myself and truly enjoyed spending time weaving a basket from coconut leaves. I felt an amazing sense of calm, peace, and delight in the process. What I could learn from Jordan is how incredibly patient he is — he explained everything clearly and paid attention to everyone. I’m really happy for all my colleagues who created a true work of art today.

Today I learned how to make a basket with coconut leaves. You only use halve of the leave. You don't need any glue, but you can use fishline to make it round. I really enjoyed making the basket. The time flew by.

Today i learned... About how to make a hat from a coconut leave. It was very interesting the workshop with Jordan. Not everyone has the same skills but we all managed to complete successfully our work.
