"Did you know that France is the birthplace of great inventions? One of the most famous is the Braille system, created by Louis Braille, who changed the way blind people read and write. Also, the delicious dessert "parfait" originated in France and its name means "perfect" and no wonder! I also researched some fun facts, like the fact that the Eiffel Tower was to be demolished after the 1889 World's Fair, and that the Louvre Museum was the most visited museum in the world in 2014."

French culture is one of the most striking in the world, the architecture that it still preserves, the places, the number of tourists that visit it every year make it iconic. That said, what we learned on this tour of the culture that we didn't know before, is the influence of the great artists and designers who visit Paris especially for fashion events, music and awards. In addition, it is the city of love, being romantic, for the wine, and the appearance that tourists have given it. On the other hand, the gastronomy, the games that the French have, among other things that we really didn't know about and that now it is fun to know.

It has greatly influenced daily life, starting with gastronomy, recipes such as the croissant and the parfait have become so popular and so common in everyday life that other cultures have adapted them to their daily lives; also in the city of fashion, Paris, it is recognized worldwide for its fashion shows and also the different brands recognized worldwide. French designers such as Coco Chanel, Christian Dior, and Yves Saint Laurent have left an indelible mark on the world of fashion. This and many other aspects are recognized and adapted to daily life.

Each topic—fashion, gastronomy, art, and history—has a significant influence worldwide, but if I had to choose one, I'd say gastronomy might have the most immediate and universal impact. Food transcends cultural boundaries and connects people through shared experiences. It influences social interactions, traditions, and even economies. Fashion and art also have substantial influence, particularly in shaping identity and cultural trends, while history provides context and understanding of these influences. Ultimately, it depends on the context and perspective.

What surprised me most was to learn that the Eiffel Tower, now a world icon, was originally built with the intention of being demolished after the Universal Exposition. I was also shocked to learn that the Braille system, which has changed the lives of millions of blind people, was a French invention. I am also very interested in art in France, especially how in Paris you can find both great famous artists and street art expressions. I also find the importance of the Louvre Museum fascinating, as it is a cultural symbol that attracts millions of visitors every year.

About language and culture:

The French language is much more than a form of communication; it is a key expression of France's cultural identity. Through its language, the country conveys its history, traditions and values, which have left their mark on literature, art and fashion. The elegance and precision of French reflect the sophistication of its culture, making French language and identity deeply connected and inseparable.
