Ozone Layer Depletion: Ozone Layer depletion is one of the major cause of climate change. Ozone layer is depleted by emission of harmful gases. The thin ozone layer allows the sunrays to enter the earth too easily and those rays is responsible for greenhouse effect on the planet.

Green House Gases: The greenhouse gases are responsible for climate change. The depletion of ozone layer is caused by emission of greenhouse gases.

Pollution: Climate change is caused by pollution. The defect on air, water and land directly helps in climate change. The atmosphere gets covered with canopy of gases which causes climate change.

Deforestation: Deforestation leads to climate change. Trees are chopped down, they lose their capacity to absorb the greenhouse gases.

Forest Fire: Human activities like forest fire causes climate change. The fire smoke contains huge amount of carbon dioxide gas. The C02 gas is one a greenhouse gas.

Industrialiazion: Industrialization is main reason behind the climate change. Emission of harmful gases to the atmosphere from industries causes greenhouse effect leading to climate change. 

Effect on water cycle: The climate change effects the water cycle. The water resources gets dried up. The water cycle gets collapsed as the water resources are dried. There is no enough rainfall, if water cycle is collapsed.

Glacier Flood: The extreme heating of atmosphere melts the glacier lakes and flood bursts out. The flood takes away lives of thousands of people living near by such areas of Himalayan reason. 

Effect On Human Health: The climate change brings different hazards like cholera, skin cancer, cancers and so on.

Extinction Of animal: Climate change destroys the ecosystem. The animals became unable to adapt according to the new climatic condition. As a result they extinct.

Effects on Indigenous peoples: Climate change hits the indigenous people of the world. As, they have harder life to live in areas with same availability of food, shelter and water.

 

Business ethics and climate change, these both topics are separate terms. Looking these topics from far side is not giving you clues. Deep analysis of these two topics gives you a proper reasoning between inter relation between them. Simply business ethics is moral, law, value and role of a business inside and outside the organization. On the other hand, Climate change refers to the long term change in climatic pattern of a certain place over a time period. We have to understand that, both of them have roles for each other. Business must be ethical towards the issue climate change. As business ethics has its role outside the organization, it must think about climate change. Business must work for solving the issue of the climate change. As business is hit hardest by the climate change. Plans and policies must be made for climate change. Business activities like:

2. Chopping trees 

3. Aciding 

4. Emission Of gases 

These types of business activities are some causes of climate change. Climate change also returns some horrible impacts on business :

These effects are causing serious losses to the business organization. Business ethics must stay above the climate change. They must think of these kind of burning issue. If they are unethical towards such vulnerable issue they are going to get same horrible outcome as a return gift. Business ethics is right working at this issue. Deciding some serious plans and commitments towards environment conservation is needed. Projects on conserving the environment and fighting against the climate change must be done. Business are most powerful when it comes to influencing the people around the globe. Business should use their advertising rights and power to influence the mass about climate change, its impact and its mitigation.

 

1.   Ethical Business: The business ethics is necessary for climate change mitigation. Business must stand up and think outside the office, make decision and plan something sustainable for minimizing effect of climate change.

2. Sustainable Development: There needs such type of development that meets the requirement of current generation of this generation without undermining the needs of coming generation. 

3. Plans and policy making: Plans and policy must be made to control the climate change. The plans must be flexible and easy to implement.

 4. Media Awareness: Media awareness is necessary to make people clear about the climate change and its impact. Everyone must be responsible to minimize the vulnerability of climate change.

 5. Controlling pollution, emission of gases: Pollution must be controlled and emission of gases must be controlled to lower the chance of greenhouse effect on planet earth.
