The Arepas it’s a typical breakfast in my country (BTW Arepas it’s from Venezuela not Colombia), also  you can’t resist to shake your hips with the beats of tambores and Salsa. And last but not least I can’t forget to talk about  the incredible natural beauty. Stunning Caribbean beaches and the Salto Ángel that it’s a waterfall in the Amazonas.
 
Talking about the people in my country, we are really kind and respectful, we always help each other and always we have and smile no matter what.

Emotional control helps us to reduce the psychological wear and tear that we experience on a daily basis and to adequately face the difficulties that appear in our daily lives. It is okay to say what we think or feel but in the best way without causing any damage. In addition, if we feel angry it is better to breathe for a few minutes and wait to keep the calm and continue. The Humming bird of Santa Marta, is a big humming bird that can be only found in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia. It was last seen 10 years ago, since then it was believed extinct. It did part of the top 10 most wanted for the organization of the conservation “wild’s Search for Lost Birds”.

It have been only Photographed 3 times, the first time was in 1946, the second was in 2010 and the actual picture, taken by Yuren Vega.

It was believed extinct due to the deforestation and looseness of its habitat, but now it’s a new hope to recover the wild life.
