This calendar works in a way that everyone can put events on, so everyone can see when they are free. This is a good app to have as it ensures that the band stays organised and that we are not double-booking events that could cause problems. This showcases a good initiative in my planning skills. These skills will be important in the future when we take on a lot more events and gigs. This is also something I can use when it comes to my other two career pathways. It can help me keep a tight schedule on any events I have coming up to host or any session work I have to do in the future.

We decided to make a small promo video of us in the studio, and it turned out really good so we decided to post it to our social media just to let people know what we are up to. In the future, posting videos like this to a fanbase will only create excitement and desperation to hear whatever is being produced. These videos can also be found by promotion companies and can even bring us more opportunities to play more gigs.

Eventually, the band will release some music that we can promote using out gigs and social media tools. This will give people something of ours to listen to after a gig or whenever they want. This can hopefully keep people engaged enough to want to see us again.

A social media presence is a crucial part of building a band in today's society. We have made sure to post when we have gigs or events. We will continue to post promotional videos of us in the studio recording or rehearsing for an upcoming gig. Referring to my research, using social media is important to keep my band in the mix on people's feeds. This will be useful in the future as we will be able to reach multiple people at once on the internet.

It is important to play gigs as a band, I can use these times for networking if I need to or even just for a good time. It promotes the band for anyone who is there. In the future, I hope to release music so that when people hear our set, they can go home and listen to a song of ours. The more gigs I play, the more it gets the name of the band out there. I hope to get to gigs in other places too. This will expand our impact area so that we can grow more in other places whilst based in Brighton.

Beebop - Small pond

I have been taking advantage of the small pond rehearsal bookings on Beebop. We use these spaces to rehearse our music and come up with new songs or improve old ones. This is extremely helpful to us as it means that we do not need to pay a penny for rehearsals, which takes a weight off my shoulders.
