My parent's generation were with full of disco music, rock & roll, and many technological developments such as the radio, TV. About the social side, the roles of women and men were more conservative.

In contrast, in my generation we have many technological advances, like personal computers, smartphones, internet connection and social media. On the social side, we have a more liberal social roles and the way to socialize with social media, video calls. My parents grew up in a time when technology was not very common. They used to write letters to their friends and waited days for a reply. They listened to music on cassette tapes and watched movies on VHS. Life was slower, and people spent more time outside, playing games or talking to neighbors. My parents often told me stories about how they walked to school and played in the streets with their friends.

On the other hand, in my generation things have changed a lot. We have used smartphones and computers since we were young. I have always sent messages instantly and watched movies online. Social media has become a big part of my life, and I have made friends from different countries. Technology has made life faster and more connected. We have experienced many new things that my parents never imagined when they were my age.

My parent's generation wa totally different from mines. There was no mobile phone. Food quality was better than now. Weather was almost predictable according to the season. The material for clothes was great. Values and respect were stronger than now. It was a great generation, enjoying life.

From my point of view, in my generation, technology has changed the life styles of people. Almost all people has suffered of stress because of fast living idelogy. In the other, there is one great advantage, that has changed some áreas as medicine, where we can treat an illnes that may not could be treat 10 o more years ago. Both generation had it advantages and disadvantage.

My parents' generation was a very different time than today, there are many big aspects and many differences, starting with how they grew up, with the different education at home, they had more traditional values, more emphasis on authority and less emphasis on individuality and freedom of expression, the heavy hand they used to receive or the machismo that existed, at school they were punished in different ways if they did not do their homework, for example my mother told me that she studied in an all girls school and they were forced to have impeccable uniforms and they were punished by hitting them with the ruler in the palms of their hands, about the food, everything was healthier and more organic, not too much fast food, there was not the amount of obesity that exists now, in clothing, in fashion, music was more romantic and above all one of the aspects that influenced until today is technology, our parents did not know technology as we know it today.

The generation of now is totally different from before, the current generation seeks more freedom, equality and balance in current education. It focuses more on creativity, innovation, and active participation. For us, technology is our lifeblood in this world way to communicate, work, and learn. Many traditions have been lost: education, music, and dance.

My parents lived in the 1970s, a time when life was simple and slower. They listened to vinyl records and radios, wrote letters by hand, and spent more time outdoors with friends and family. My parents often tell me how they used to walk long distances to school, their generation was very relax and patience with communication face to face.

In contrast, my generation, born in the 2000s, has been experiencing rapid changes due to technology. We have been using smartphones, social media and instant messaging to stay connected like WhatsApp, Tick tock or Facebook. Education and classes has been online with digital resources.

My parents lived in a very different generation from mine. Currently technology has advanced a lot, but when they were young, technology was very delayed. They had access to black and white television, and fixed phones. In them there was a phone throughout the town and the children had a job to look for the people they called. They went to their homes to inform that they had called them somewhere else and said that they could later return the call or that the person would call them again.

However, my sisters and I from an early age, we have had access smart cell phones. We have also had access to various social medias and this goes in progress over the years.

My generation is really different from my parents generation. When my parents were young. They didn’t know about cellphones or computers. They were lucky. I hate computers, but they are necessary devices. My parents grew up reading books, newspapers and playing very interesting games. When I was child, I remembered a beautiful library in my city. I used to go there, but I didn’t know to read at that time. I only asked for books with a lot draws. Dresses were more conservative and our society was really close mind. However, they had to work hard with a lot limitations.

Nowadays, we are born with technology like cellphones, computers and internet. These things have helped us to have an easier life than before, but I think our personal treats are worse. We don’t know how to treat people face to face. Even, if someone needs to call to another person, he or she prefers to send a message. Libraries in Potosi are almost all closed. They had closed when people started to use internet. We don’t have etiquette code for different situations. Our society is open mind. I would have liked to live in my parents generation.

My parents' generation is the Millennial generation. They played outside more and used phones only for calling. They watched TV shows on cable and listened to music on CDs. They also had to go to the library to find information for school. In their time, people spent more time talking face to face. My parents did not have smartphones when they were young.

My generation is Generation Z. I have grown up with smartphones and the internet. I have used apps like TikTok and Instagram for many years. I have had online classes and digital homework. I also have played video games online with people from other countries and my cousin that lives in Argentina. Many of my generation have not used CDs or cable TV because we stream music and shows now. Life has changed a lot.
