• Work in a team of 2–3 students.

Choose a local species

• Choose one local plant, animal, or insect from your region.

Find information
Together with your team, find:

• The name in English and in your language.

• A short description: What does it look like? Where does it live (habitat)? What does it eat (diet)? Why is it important (role in ecosystem)?

• One fun fact (something surprising or interesting).

Create your Canva page

• Open Canva and make one page/slide (A4 or slide format).
  Your page should include:

• Title: the species name.

• Photo or illustration (your own photo or from a free image website).

• A short text of 4–6 sentences (about the species).

• Your fun fact highlighted (in a box, different colour, etc.).

• The first names of the team members and your school name.

Save and upload your work

• Download your Canva page as an image (PNG/JPG) or PDF.

• Upload it here on Padlet.

• Write in the title: Students' names – School, Country.
