The roads in a Levittown have more curves and are in rows but Vass has mostly straight roads and the roads are not in rows. The roads in Vas are also not planned as part of a whole but are paved for new areas. The roads in a Levittown are planned as a whole for the houses and parks. They may be similar but most of the houses are different. They were not mass produced but made to be affordable and livable. Vass is only 3.363 square miles and can't hold to many people. Vass has some children but most are too young to play in the parks. The park is also not commonly used anyways unless there is an event. They built buildings to compliment the houses so they built schools and churches. Vass only has an elementary and middle school and not anything higher in the town. They are also on opposite ends of the town and not named for the town.
