I choosed this topic in order to bust this myth because I believe nowadays being a minority and not being prepare is something that is simply not real. As time goes by everyone is getting more prepared therefore we should break the stereotype that people have on races. In 2016 25% of black people who whitened their resume got called back but only 10 percent got called back if they mentioned their ethnicity.
