UNICEF ensures that children go to school, receive medical care, can drink drinking water, have enough to eat, are not exploited and do not abuse them.The world’s largest provider of vaccines, we support child health and nutrition, safe water and sanitation, quality education and skill building, HIV prevention and treatment for mothers and babies, and the protection of children and adolescents from violence and exploitation. Some mission of UNICEF are: advocate for the protection of children's rights, to help meet their basic needs and to expand their opportunities to reach their full potential. UNICEF mobilizes political will and material resources to help countries, particularly developing countries, ensure a "first call for children" and to build their capacity to form appropriate policies and deliver services for children and their families. Instead, UNICEF is non-partisan and its cooperation is free of discrimination. In everything it does, the most disadvantaged children and the countries in greatest need have priority. At the end, UNICEF works with all its partners towards the attainment of the sustainable human development goals adopted by the world community and the realization of the vision of peace and social progress enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations.

 

Regulatory reform programs are a set of policies pursued by the OECD globally since the early 2000s. The documents tend to distinguish an economic regulation applicable to the economic activities of a current or potential market from a social regulation that covers topics such as health, environment, worker safety and consumer interest. The main instruments of the OECD are liberalisation, regulatory and administrative simplification, and impact analysis of member countries' regulation (RIA) on service providers and end-users.
