My first day working time is from 9 am to 5.30 pm. Working time at here is divide into 3 shift which is morning shift, middle shift and evening shift. 
Today, assistance supervisor (Amien) gave me in store training. The training included: 
1. Important Notice 
2. Menu, Formula and Equipment
3. Backroom Operation
4. Baking Cookies & Bread
5. Front Line Operation - Serving Customers
6. Basic POS control 
7. Other
After the training, I helped to prepared onion. Which is slide the onion with the onion slider.

I transfer the meat and vegetable from back chiller to the display chiller in the front.  Because of the bread is everyday fresh bake. So, I started to prepare the bread. We have 5 types of bread which is:
1. Hearty Italian
2. Italian
3. Pamerson Oregano
4. Honey Oat
5. Wheat
The preparation of the bread is half and hour. After done the bread, I retard the bread for evening shift to bake. 
After done all the preparation and retard of the bread. I'm start to prepare the vegetable and meat for standby.

Because of I am morning shift. So I have to serve customer with the breakfast meal. 
Our breakfast have 4 types. Which is:
1. Egg & cheese
2. Tuna, egg & cheese
3. Chicken slice, egg & cheese
4. Breakfast strip, egg & cheese
In Auto City outlet, for breakfast set the drinks have to add on RM 1.60  or RM 2.70 each cup. 
For the RM 1.60, the drinks are Americano, Hot Chocolate and Choco Milk. The original price for these drinks are RM 3.90.
For the RM 2.70, the drinks are Caf'e Latte, Cappuccino, Caf'e Mocha and Mochacino. The original price for these drinks are RM 4.90.

I work in morning shift and serve customer. 
So, same with yesterday I serve customer from the breakfast time until lunch time. The lunch time today is more busy compare to yesterday.

Every time before punch out, we have to check the meat, vegetables and sauce to make sure they are full or half and above.

The working hours of evening shift is 3.00 pm until 11.00 pm for Sunday to Thursday. For Friday and Saturday, the working hours is 3.00 pm until 11.30 pm. 
The works in the morning shift and the evening shift around same. Just the menu are excluded breakfast menu. 
The normal menu is categorize as and the price are
1. Classic (RM 11.80)
2. Favorite (RM 12.50)
3. Signature (RM 13.50)
If get a set just add on RM 4.75 for a drinks and 2 cookies or a chip. 
Before end the business day, we have to clean the outlet.

The estimate time for cleaning the grease trap is around half and hour per person. 
We have a timetable for washing the grease trap. The grease trap have to wash everyday.

Today is my first time do salad. The price of salad bowl is the normal price of meal add on RM 1.20. 
Because of we have 8 types of vegetables which is Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Capsicum, Pickles, Olive and Jalapeno. Before we do the salad, we have to ask customer for the vegetables and menu first. 
After we arrange the vegetables in the salad bowl, we will put the cheese and meat.
