The person I will be interviewing is my coworker Mrs. Nineveh Clark. We work together at a Security Logistics Company. The reason why I chose Mrs. Clark to interview is because, I have an honest work relationship with her she is a positive trainer. She is an amazing parent and she always goes the extra mile for anyone she works with. I’m really interested in what drives her to be such a great co worker.

Meetings
I will be conducting two interview sessions with Mrs.Clark. The first will be Tuesday January 29th 2019 at 3:30 p.m. at her work place during her 30 minute Lunch. The other session will take place Friday February 1st, 2019 in her Home in Lawrenceville Georgia at 5:00 p.m. 
Document
I plan to conduct the interview face to face. I will write down Mrs. Clark’s responses in my journal. I will also record videos of her with her consent. If she is uncomfortable being on camera I will voice record her responses and take pictures of her.
My plan to gather images/videos and etc. will take place at our job and her home. I will take pictures and videos of her performing her daily work duties and her life outside of work.

  1. What influences and motivations were especially important for you becoming and being a great Trainer? Talking about the context of her own work and, if possible, also more personally about her job?
  2. What do you expect for your future? What were the circumstances that caused you to change the course of your life to be such a great worker.
  3. What are the most important developments that you have taken from your position at this job?
  4. What central challenges do you face when it comes to your work life and social life?
  5. Tell me exactly how you organize, plan ahead, and prioritize your work for each work week?
  6. How does your child or children feel about you being a full time parent and full time worker?
  7. What are some things you enjoy doing outside of work or your favorite hobbies?
  8. What is another career you would Pursue if you were not a trainer?

She has given it back to me in a timely manner and she is so excited to be interviewed she had no issues with the consent form. My first interview date with Mrs. Clark was scheduled for Tuesday January 29th. However due to the inclement weather warnings our job gave us the day off. So I set up My first interview with Mrs.Clark on Friday during our 30 minute break I got Plenty of content from her. She is a great person to interview and I love her positive energy I was able to record her and write down notes for 10 minutes. I plan to wrap up the interview Monday with atleast 12 more minutes of her time at her home. I can’t wait to submit my interview and I hope everyone else is just as excited about their interviews as I am.
