  • Introduce Scope and Sequence- unpack target as a model and create success criteria

  • On Tuesdays, teachers will write success criteria based on targets taught the following week

  • Tuesday planning facilitating 1/23- K, 2, 3, 4

  • Wednesdays, check that information was entered into Collaborative Planning Document

  • Monitor for posting of learning target and success criteria (board, projector, on assignment) daily- must be accessible to students

  • Gwen will send success criteria slides

  • Ms. Gilmore needs coverage for observations

  • Meet Tuesdays 8:30-8:40 to revise and update action board

  • Decide weekly when and what times look and learns will be conducted

  • Conduct 3-4 look and learns per week
